Breakfast Pizza and Stonefire Naan Review

Good Evening!

Tonight we have a great recipe for you to make your loved ones in the morning, or for dinner, which ever you prefer. Breakfast pizza!

For the bread of the pizza, we have the Stonefire Naan bread. If you’ve never had Naan before, Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flat bread. It is typical of and popular in West, Central and South Asia. You typically will see Naan at Indian eateries paired with a curry dish. Stonefire Naan comes in several different flavors; Original, Garlic and Whole Wheat. It is a thick unleavened bread but also very light and fluffy. If you’ve never tried Naan, it definitely is worth a try. You can use it for Gyros, Pizza, Garlic bread or appetizers.


Breakfast Pizza

You Will Need:

1 package Stonefire Tandoori Naan

1 1/2 cup grated Mozarella cheese
6 strips bacon
4 large eggs
1/2 Cup Spinach Leafs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Let’s Get Started!
Pre heat your oven to 400 F. Fry bacon in skillet until slightly crispy. Let cool and cut into pieces.


Lay the Naan bubble side up on a baking tray.


Spread out / sprinkle over the naan evenly.


Lay the spinach leaves over the mozzarella cheese layer, as much as you prefer.


Sprinkle with bacon.


Crack eggs on top of the whole pizza.


Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked. (I think I over cooked mine a little, AND one of the eggs slid off)


Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
