Bai Drink Review

Good evening everyone!

Tonight I have a review for Bai, a super delicious and good for you alternative to any artificially flavored soda or drink. I am extremely impressed with the flavor that all the Bai drinks have. Normally with most healthy low calorie drinks I’ve come across, the flavor is diluted and lacking. That is not the case with this tasty drink.

Bai is primarily composed of a super fruit that is the outer shell of your every day coffee bean. The outer shell normally is discarded as waste, the creators of Bai have found a way to utilize this portion of the bean for a tasty drink that is full of antioxidants. Antioxidants are natural substances found in healthy food and drinks that prevent the damaging process of oxidation.

What specific health concerns can antioxidants help to slow down or prevent? Some of them are listed below –

  • Prevention of heart disease, strokes
  • Prevention of various types of cancer
  • Boost Immune system
  • Healthy cell production
  • Memory and brain function
  • Healthy eyes
  • Bones and Joints
  • Slow down the aging process

Virtually every area of your body will function better with more antioxidants to fight with.

Now let’s talk about some sweetness that Bai has to offer. Bai uses natural sweeteners in their recipe. Their drinks are also low on the Glycemic index meaning it will not raise blood sugar levels in the body, a great drink for diabetics who normally can not enjoy sweet fruit drinks.

Overall I was very pleased and impressed with the Bai drinks. The flavor was very impressive and the fact that its a healthy drink as well, a definite bonus!
