WHEW *Plop down on couch* It’s Wednesday night, made it over the mid-week hump and on the downward slope to the weekend. So sit down on the couch, put on your favorite TV show (The Walking Dead!!!) and have a martini or two. Maybe even have the hubby rub your feet down..OK now I’m day dreaming maybe. >.<

So we have a recipe featuring Cascade Ice Pink Grapefruit Sparkling Water. Cascade sent me an assortment of their varieties of drinks and flavors to test out. Among them included; Pink Grapefruit, Coconut, Lemonade, Cosmopolitan and Margarita. The Cosmopolitan was very flavorful and fruity. My favorite out of the group would have to be the Pink Grapefruit, right amount of tart and sweet with carbonation and zero calories, perfect! Any of these drinks are delicious on their own and would make exceptional drink mixers. Cascade Ice Drinks are sodium free, gluten free and caffeine free as well. Many of their flavors also have zero calories.

I am not a big drinker but when I do, I drink alcohol and it MUST be hidden with something fruity. Very few beers can seem to win me over, and even then they need to be light or fruity.
